Books

New: An unused, unread copy in perfect condition.

Like New: An apparently unread copy in perfect condition. Dust jacket without marks, nicks or tears. Spine has no signs of creasing. Pages are unmarked in any way. Book may have a remainder mark on an outside edge

Very Good: A copy may have been read but is in excellent condition. All pages are intact without notes or highlighting. The spine is undamaged.

Good: A copy that has been read, but remains in clean condition. All pages are intact, and the cover is intact, (Missing dust jacket may be ok). The spine may show signs of wear. Pages can include limited notes and highlighting up to 20% but must be perfectly readable.

CDs, DVDs, Software, Video Games

New: Unused, unopened in perfect condition.

Like New: Apparently in perfect condition. The liner notes, inclusions are in perfect condition. The Disc itself is unmarked, with no sign of wear. Case may have a crack, notch or a hole.

Very Good: A Disc that remains in great condition and plays perfectly. The art work may show limited signs of wear and have a hole punched through the barcode.

Good: The Disc plays perfectly but has a few very light scratches. The original artwork is in good, unmarked condition.
